Children Karate Classes at the Barn

Postby Karatesouthcalgary » Mon Apr 18, 2016 10:50 am

Waza-Ari Karate is a new Shotokan club in Shawnessy with children classes that occur Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm -6:15pm.

The main focus of the club is to promote traditional Shotokan Karate in a safe and exciting environment for individuals from age five and up. This club offers students the opportunity to challenge themselves with physical conditioning and mental discipline. Our classes will help develop and improve flexibility, coordination, balance, as well as encourages self-esteem, respect, confidence, focus and commitment.

Please feel free to stop in for a free class to get a feel of the Dojo. The Waza-Ari Karate Club focuses on self-discipline, respect, promoting physical fitness, a form of stress management and self-defense.
